1.2° L Briess Malting - Briess Pilsen is their lightest colored base malt available.  It will produce a very light colored, clean and crisp wort with a delicate malty flavor.  Excellent choice as a 2-row base malt for all beer styles, particularly lagers.  Great for malt focused beers, as it's clean character allows for the full flavor of specialty malts to shine through., ,See attached Document for Typical Malt Analysis
